Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATION POLICY

- All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable there will be no exceptions.

- No refunds on unused time in the studio rooms.

Liability and Responsibility:

I understand that my booking time includes set up and clean-up of the studio space. 

I understand that I am responsible for any broken or damaged items including furniture, sheets, bedding, props, equipment, walls, fixtures etc. 

No food or drink allowed (besides water) (NO ALCOHOLIC BEVRAGES ALLOWED!!!!)

I understand that no furniture will be moved in around the studio space. 

Do not take anything from the studio. If items go missing during your time slot, we will review the studio footage and charge you for a replacement if necessary.

- No glitter, confetti, smoke bombs, open flames, candles, body oil, or any other outside prop that may leave a mess or cause serious damage. 

- Each renter is liable for any damage done to J & M Studios and shall be financially responsible for repairing or replacing any damage done. 

J & M Studios and its Members from and against all liability, loss, costs, damages, fees and expenses (including attorney’s fees) for any suit, claims settlement, award, penalty, fine, defense or judgment because of loss or Damage to any person, property or right.

J & M Studios shall not be held responsible for any liability, loss, costs, damages, fees and expenses incurred when the Renter is using the studio. 

No pets or animals are allowed in the studio including the outdoor areas. 

The door must be locked when you leave.
